Saifee Hospital is a cross-functional hospital which is located in Mumbai, India. The Hospital was established by Syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin, who was the chief of the Dawoodi Bohra sect, and it was dedicated as a souvenir to his venerable father Syedna Taher Saifuddin.
The main motive behind instituting this hospital is to purvey the essential healthcare requirements to the common man. The old Saifee Hospital was operating since 1948, construction for new hospital in the subsisting premises started on 2001, and the completion took place on 2005. This hospital was inaugurated on 4th of June, 2005 by our honourable former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh. The hospital offers top-notch healthcare and medical facilities equally to all people of the society.
